The Negril Spay Neuter Clinic is a low-cost/high-volume spay and neuter clinic located in Negril, Westmoreland. The clinic opened in 2009 to provide affordable, high-quality sterilization surgery to combat pet overpopulation and to provide an opportunity for those whose cost would be a barrier to obtaining these services.
Surgery is performed by our licensed and skilled veterinarian with a high level of care from our entire team. Our services are available to all members of the public regardless of geographic location and income. We offer vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, nail trimming, and flea treatment at the time of surgery. We also offer vaccination-only appointments or wellness exams.
WHAT WE DO - Negril Spay & Neuter Clinic is a volunteer-operated non-profit organization dedicated to spay neuter clinics as well as Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) programs, working alongside compassionate local and foreign volunteers to support the animals of Western Jamaica. We take pride in providing the first low-cost, high-volume spay and neuter service in the western part of Jamaica. Situated in Negril, our clinic aims to assist the Montego Bay Animal Haven's (MBAH) mission of aiding abandoned and starving animals by ensuring they receive medical care, are spayed or neutered, and ultimately rehomed to loving, responsible owners whenever possible.

Devoted volunteers from Negril and the surrounding areas regularly provide food for the animals that rely on these stations. Many of the animals eagerly look forward to our visits, and some even come with their families!
